Angie is the Owner & Master Aesthetician of Bloom IV Hydration & Wellness.
She has a passion for helping others find the best quality of life through medical-grade skincare. Her promise is to provide exceptional customer service to all of Bloom’s clients.
Angie opened Bloom IV Hydration & Wellness with the intention of creating a space to optimize health and wellness. Her goal is to provide extraordinary result-driven skincare and for her clients to receive ultimate relaxation and pampering from head to toe. Our facial services will not only nourish your skin but also your soul.

Elly Westbrook, APRN
Elly is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in non surgical techniques to enhance the face and body. Elly has been in healthcare since 2006. She has held many roles from tech to nurse and now nurse practitioner. She obtained her master's degree in family nurse practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2014. She spent her early career in emergency and urgent care medicine which refined her focus on detail.
In 2019 Elly found her passion in aesthetics. She has advanced training in dermal filler and neurotoxin techniques. When working with clients, Elly strives to build a trusting provider - patient relationship and to understand the client's goals. She focuses on assessment of client needs, client education, and appropriate product selection. Elly enjoys helping others to feel and look their best
Meet Andy
Andy Boyer, MD, graduated from Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida. He attended Tulane University and graduated from Mount Sinai Medical School in N.Y. From there, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery.
Andy is passionate about helping our clients live their best, healthiest life. We are honored to have him as our Medical Advisor.
